Changes

I made some changes, not sure when this will get seen but I moved some things around and now the old manual site is at radioqso.us and this site w2nap.com is now just my personal whatever site for me to post wtf I decide to post on here. Maybe I will post a lot here and maybe not. It is what it is so here it is.
